If you're going to do something with the beloved "Aliens" oeuvre ... there are going to be some very high expectations. If you're Gearbox Software â a company making a video game that it dares call the "true sequel" to the second "Aliens" movie â then the expectation is: you better do it right. But can "Aliens: Colonial Marines" possibly live up?

The Department of Justice is trying to put the kibosh on AT&T's proposed buy-out of T-Mobile, saying it would result in "higher prices, fewer choices and lower quality products for mobile wireless services." While this is true, it's just as likely that the damage is already done. Why would a phone shopper commit to a two-year contract with a troubled carrier?
