Google Trike is ready for your close-up

Not your grandpa's trike. Dan Ratner rides the Google Street Trike. The senior mechanical engineer on Google’s Street View team came up with the trike idea to help with mapping. “We wanted to keep all the same functionality that you can find on the Google Street View car, but put it on a smaller package." The Google Street View Trike is 250 pounds  of serious technology — often mistaken for an ice cream cart.
