Report: Google's Hong Kong site partly blocked

China accused Google of violating written promises when it redirected its search engine to Hong Kong. China reacted Tuesday to Google's decision to stop censoring the Internet for China by shifting its search engine off the mainland, accusing the company of violating promises.
