Staying in touch with loved ones during war

Peter Gustafson, a member of the Washington State National Guard, used Skype to stay in touch with his wife, Tonya, while deployed in Iraq. World War II had its “V-mail” – photographed, miniaturized letters both to and from servicemen.  Today’s war has e-mail.
