H2O Jet Pack man soars above the waters

51-year-old Bob Wilson has been buzzing around Huntington Harbour in Orange County, Calif., testing his homemade "H20 Jet Pack." This has led to rubbernecking among motorists, impromptu crowds among passersby and at least a little attention from a police helicopter. Bob Wilson, self-described "handyman, inventor, whatever," is inspiring awe by donning a water-powered jet pack and soaring high into the sky.
