German satellite crashed over Bay of Bengal

An artist's rendering shows the ROSAT scientific satellite in orbit. Experts believe the satellite came down somewhere around Southeast Asia, although there have been no confirmed sightings.Heavily populated Asian cities avoided a dangerous collision with space junk last weekend as a defunct German satellite crashed into the sea somewhere between India and Myanmar.
