A Nov. 23 satellite image from Digital Globe shows the launch complex at North Korea's Sohae Satellite Launch Station. North Korea says it's preparing to launch a satellite from the facility later this month.North Korea has two things to prove to the world when it tries to put a satellite in orbit later this month.
