T-Mobile-Sprint Merger Teeters Between FCC Approval, DoJ Rejection
FCC Chairman Ajit Pai this week gave the green light to a merger between T-Mobile and Sprint, currently the third- and fourth-largest mobile carriers
respectively. In addition, the combined firm would commit to deploying 5G network coverage to 97 percent of the country within three years, and to 99 percent of the country within six years.
